Join the Triangle Birth Network!
The Triangle Birth Network is a membership-driven organization. Our members are consumers, parents, midwives, childbirth educators, doulas, massage therapists, lactation consultants, psychotherapists, chiropractors, physicians, and public health professionals. By bringing together the energy and passion for birth of all of these members, we hope to improve birth for families in the Triangle.
If you are an expectant parent, or are thinking of being one, you are invited to become a supporting member to help advance our cause of better birth for all women in the Triangle. (Membership in the Triangle Birth Network is not required to participate in our educational and informational events.)
If you are a birth professional, we hope you will join us in endorsing the Mother-Friendly Childbirth Initiative and become a professional member of the Triangle Birth Network. You will be connected to other like-minded practitioners and have a way to connect with parents in our community searching for “mother-friendly” care.

Supporting Member (dues: $25 per year)
This level of membership is for community members interested in supporting the mission of the Triangle Birth Network, attending TBN events, and participating in the TBN online discussion forums. No referrals are included with this level of membership.
Individual Professional Member (dues: $60 per year)
This level of membership is designed for professionals working in birth and childbearing fields. You will receive all of the benefits associated with supporting membership, plus you will receive referrals and be listed on our website and in other TBN publications as a “Mother-Friendly” birth practitioner.
Group Membership (dues: $100 per year)
This level of membership is designed for groups of two professionals who do business together (i.e., midwives or doulas in partnership). You will receive all of the benefits of supporting membership, plus receive referrals and a listing on our website and in all other TBN publications as a “Mother-Friendly” birth practice.
Corporate Membership (dues: $150 per year)
This level of membership is designed for larger businesses with three or more employees (such as chiropractic offices, physician’s practices, etc.) working with birthing women and childbearing families. You will receive all of the benefits of supporting membership, plus receive referrals and a listing on our website and in all other TBN publications as a “Mother-Friendly” birth practice.
